VONCO II Receives Industrial Solid Waste Permit

VONCO II, a 360 acre solid waste management campus, has received an Industrial Solid Waste permit from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for its facility in Becker, Minnesota. With its approval to receive Industrial Solid Waste, VONCO II solid waste managment campus is one of the most environmentally advanced and diverse waste management and resource recovery facilities in the State of Minnesota.

"We are excited about being able to offer our customers the convenience of expanded waste disposal options," said Ian Vagle, vice president of landfill operations with VONCO. "Our clients have trusted us with safe and environmentally compliant disposal of their construction and demolition waste streams for years and now they can experience that same level of service, convenience, and trust with their industrial waste streams."

VONCO II can now accept a wide variety of wastes including contaminated soil, foundry and general manufacturing wastes, industrial waste, construction and demolition waste, asbestos, and ash.
