Description:
Veit is seeking a Utilities Project Manager/Estimator to bid and manage Commercial and Municipal utility projects. The Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible to estimate and prepare bids, plan and coordinate awarded projects, obtain permits and licensing, evaluate and determine appropriate construction methods, manage costs, maintain time tables and other related duties associated with the process of locating new jobs from bidding to the successful completion of the project. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial sewer and water project management, four year degree in construction management or civil engineering (or equivalent) and excellent organizational and communication skills.
